Was promised by Mark Kinsella that he would come back and pickup the wood he left following a tree removal job. He never showed up and would no longer return my calls. Now stuck with a paying someone else to haul away the wood. I did not research professional Tree Service untill it was too late. Mark has negative reviews all over the Internet. I plan on submitting a claim with the Better Business Burea as soon as possible. Do yourself a favor and don't give this guy any $.

I would also give Mark Kinsella a negative 5 if possible on the star rating. If you haven't already heard on any given Pittsburgh local news channel over the last year (maybe more), Mark and his company "Professional Tree Service" have had over 17 claims submitted to the Better Business Bureau due to fraud, damaging homeowner's property and unfinished business (to name a few!). This man is impossible to even talk to. He lacks very basic social skills and constantly curses at and belittles his dirty employees. This man needs put out of business ASAP!!! Please spread the word now that Spring is here for any landscaping or tree-cutting needs!! Hard-earned money cannot be wasted on this guy any longer!!

Professional Tree Service? The name could not misrepresent a company more. This outfit, and its owner Mark, performed tree removal services in Mt. Lebanon for my next door neighbor in February 2012. WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, they trespassed on my property to perform the entire project (while I was not home) to make their job easier, damaging my property in the process. To add injury to insult, they stacked all the wood from the tree they had removed on MY driveway, then left it their for 4 days until they could bring a crew and truck to remove it. It's been several weeks and I still haven't been compensated for the property damage despite repeated promises from Mark to do so. In short, if you want unethical, dishonest and incompetent tree service removal with no regard for integrity or property laws, then Professional Tree Serice just might be for you. DO NOT USE PROFESSIONAL TREE SERVICE no matter the size of the job or the cheap quote claimed to save you money. Do your homework, read the reviews.

I had to select one star to submit this review, but, I would give a NEGATIVE 5 stars to this company. They have missed EVERY appointment to complete a 10 minute job that would seal and protect a tree that I had them cut. The tree had blown over. The Owner, Mark Kinsella promised repeatedly that he would return. He has not come back for over 3 months now. I have reported him to every place I can think of. I will never recommend them for any job, big or small.

The most 'un'professional service in the area. Owner curses at and belittles employess on job, does not finish the job, makes constant promises but does not deliver. Absolutely the worst contractor I ever hired. Do not take a chance despite his cheap quotes. There is a reason for it. Check out their "F" rating on the Better Business Bureau.
