In my opinion, this is the worst resale shop in the Pittsburgh Area. It is my last option and I only use the place if I have a serious financial emergency at the moment. The staff, especially the owner, is extremely rude, condescending, and arrogant. On numerous occasions they have belittled me and made snide remarks about the items i was attempting to sell to them. Recently an employee told me that "i must have been in jail" because he had not seen me in a while. Is that any way to treat a customer? Not only are they rude, their prices are outrageous and generally laughable. I was offered $10 for a new amazon kindle that was only about six months old and in good condition. The staff member told me that I could not read anyways and will not be needing the kindle. I possess a bachelors' degree from a major university and do not thing the comment was warranted, and it certainly was not appreciated. I have also witnessed employees making fun of other customers after they had exited the store, leaving me to wonder what they said about ME when they left. Another time I bought a Dewalt Sawzall which did run when plugged in but had something internally wrong with it and it would not cut. I think the gears were broken on it. They refused to take the item back stating that I probably broke it. i took the item back to them no less than an hour after i purchased it. I got stuck with that item. Please take my advice and steer clear of this place. There are many better places to take items if you are having a crisis. For example, Rt. 51 Quick cash offers less across the board for gift cards, for example. All you have to do is call around to other stores and ask what percentage they give for gift cards-- quick cash gives 40 percent, for example, for a home depot card, where other resale stores offer fifty percent. Ten percent is a lot, especially when they are getting the cards for HALF of what they are worth. Their business practices really upset me and the way they treat their customers is just unbelievable. They act like they are in a position of power and you are a lower class human being because you are in need of some "quick cash." Please, Please stay away. Hopefully this establishment will go out of business. They do not know the meaning of kindness. they feed of the misfortune of others and laugh about it. Places like this really upset me. STAY AWAY FROM RT. 51 QUICK CASH!

I took my tv there because I was short on cash. It was an almost new 24" plasma. They offered me $30 for it, which I un-happily took because I needed some money quick. I went back 2 weeks later, and they had it for sale for $110. I paid $80 for it brand new! The help comes off as very short, and rude. They offer you super low offers, then jack the price up when they get your item. Also my boyfriend bought a dvd player there for $40 and it didn't read discs even though they swore up and down they tested it first and it was fine! We found the internal eye was horrifically scratched from the previous owner. I will not be returning to this place anytime soon, nor would I recommend it.

This is the worst pawn shop EVER. I have purchased a ps3 surround sound laptop for $550. Ive NEVER got to use the surround sound because it didnt come with the right controller. The PS3 does what it wants to do, sometimes it reads games and sometimes it doesnt. The laptop was in good condition, dont have no complaints about that. I have went back again to purchase another laptop, 1 for school and 1 for home, and the second one was $250. The sound goes in and out, it cuts off and restarts for no reason, and it does alot of things that paying $250 should have exempted but not in this case. It JUST cut off on me before ive decided to write this review. this time, the screen is black even though the laptops on and im looking at 250 bucks wasted. Had i had a second laptop, i wouldnt be able to finish my studys for midterm today. what a bummer. I understand that this is a pawn shop re-selling used merchandise but they can at least take the time out to adequately check to make sure they are selling opera-table items. I would never go to this pawn shop again. Had i own a pawn shop, customer satisfaction would be my ultimate goal. not with this guys. BOOOOOOOO!!!!

Very Fair! I always feel good when leaving. I go all the time, and find great deals! I often find perfectly functional items for a fraction of the price! I sell many items as well, and get some extra cash. A previous employee used to be rude, BUT I was informed he no longer works there. All of the current employees are very nice, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. One of my favorite stores.
