Over the summer I was in the market for an entry level road bike. I was new to road bikes, clipless pedals, and riding on roads rather than trails. All the magazines say to take a test drive before you buy, but I'm 6'4" and few bicycle shops had anything that would fit me. Jeff Kuchma at Trek offered to order a bike for me to take on a test drive. The understanding was that if I didn't like it, I wouldn't have to buy it. It was risky of him to order something he wasn't sure his customer would ultimately buy. And guess what? He did the same for the cycling shoes since he didn't have my size in stock, either. He and all the employees at the store were a pleasure to work with, and they deserve great accolades. New to cycling? Call Jeff.
